Bought vehicle from them one (1) year ago. Engine light turned on. Brought it to my mechanic. I needed a brand new engine, cost $11,000. Tried to contact them multiple times to see if their auto department could take a look and was continuously told that someone will call me back. It's been 3 weeks. Very shady. Please go elsewhere for a RELIABLE vehicle.

I can’t say enough about the Gandrud Team, I started with Kasey over the phone about a truck, Kasey reached back out to say he just received a promotion and he handed me off to Jake who was great to work with. I ended up purchasing the used truck. Upon leaving the dealership the check engine light came on, long story short they stood behind their product without hesitation and fixed the problem. I can’t tell the story enough of impressed I am with Gandrud!!! I don’t plan to shop around for my next vehicle I am just going to reach out to the Gandrud team!!!
