Anna met me and my boyfriend in the parking lot with a smile 😃. Followed her to her desk and she helped in so many ways the experience was wonderful the facility was clean and welcoming. While we waited Anna walked us around showing us the ends and outs as well as the car services they offer. This area was neat and clean as well. My Husband and I came to Garber Chevrolet Highland in search of a vehicle and was helped by Patrick Hogan and he was truly remarkable! Also upon arrival Tony the General Manager came over and introduced himself with a hand shake and a big smile and welcomed us to Garber and assured us we was in good hands with Patrick Hogan! And boy was we in good hands!!!! Patrick was very thorough in explaining things that mattered when you spending money giving clear understanding and had options to what we was looking for within the vehicle of OUR choice! This is a sale person you will definitely want when making a big decision on a big purchase!!! He offered us something to drink, made sure we was comfortable and give us a tour to where you come to service you vehicle if needed, he even told us a little history about Garber and owner and even showed the picture of Mr.Garber while touring! Patrick was well educated with the vehicles features and performance of the vehicles while test driving!! He took his time and didn't rush us to make any ole decision! When we finally made our decision on the vehicle of choice Patrick got our vehicle washed and ready and we met with the Financial Service Manager James Major to sign documents and he too was very kind and took his time explaining the documents we was signing! After signing we was given our keys to our vehicle and I was given a beautiful bouquet of red roses🌹 from our sale person Patrick Hogan 🤗 we took a picture by our nice new automobile and rode off into the sunset! Overall the environment in Garber Chevrolet Highland was relaxing to me and the establishment was clean and fresh and the show floor was absolutely eye catching!!!! It seems like all staff was busy doing something from helping customers, making sure the show floor was impressive, to a line of staff at the front desk on the business phone making deals!!!! We had an great experience and when come time to buy a vehicle again Garber Chevrolet Highland will be the place!!! I was in the market for a new vehicle so I did a lot of browsing at different dealerships before I was contacted by Garber Chevrolet in Highland. I was in contact with Zoe and she was amazing from start to finish. We scheduled a time to meet and it was a great experience! I went in knowing exactly what I wanted from make, model and specific color. Unfortunately, I couldn't proceed with what I originally had in mind but Zoe didn't stop there. She made it her mission to get me into a new vehicle while still keeping in mind how specific I was for wanting one color. She presented me with two more options to choose from and I was able to choose a great vehicle in my favorite color blue! I test drove and went over all the features that the vehicle offers before heading back inside to finalize the deal. It was such a great experience and I felt very good about moving forward with finalizing the deal. She was very patient with me, listened to all of my concerns and gave me time to make my decision. I did feel rushed or forced to do or get anything that I wasn't happy with. If anyone is in the market for a new vehicle I definitely recommend Garber Chevrolet in Highland.
