Garber Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Valparaiso

Since my review was deleted, I thought I would add it again. Will never purchase from here again! Purchased a used car from this place in September. Certified pre owned might I add. Fast forward to March the transmission goes out. About 3k miles out on it since I purchased it. Took to another shop closer to me and they pointed out all these loose connection (water pump, Bell housing unit, heater core line), along with missing bolts and a huge dent in my transmission pan. The other shot said they cannot get it covered. My only choice take it back to this place. They came and picked it up (so nice of them since it was their issue they should have found). I then find out they discovered this car had an engine swap at some point. Hmmm I asked about that when buying the car I was told only front bumper and radiator. Well they fixed the transmission and put a bolt where everyone was missing. Well my husband asked them to put it on the lift and lo and behold still bolts missing. Was told they will ship the bolts to me and we are about 2 weeks still no bolts and no one knows where they are. I might also add I asked how all this was missed and I got the reply of “I have already done enough for you and over accommodated. I don’t know why more you want from me.” Update 6/5 called to find out where the parts are that they were shipping me and the service department told me they were delivered and they were not. Went round and round with him. Asked to talk to a GM and I got Brad and it went down hill from there. Everything was defensive I’ll add a photo of something I found while cleaning my car that of course his cleaners would never miss and all the items that needed fixed on my car.

Manny was so awesome throughout the whole car buying process, and my fiancé loved the car so much that she went and bought one the next day. And again, Manny was awesome with assisting her.

Phil Johnston and the team were awesome to work with! Everything was very clear and they helped answer every question I had. I'm loving my new Jeep Gladiator! Will certainly be coming back for future maintenance and vehicles.

I traded in my 2018 Jeep Cherokee for a 2023 Jeep Cherokee Limited on Friday and Sean made the process very smooth and relaxing. He was upfront and honest about everything and not once pushy. He also had a great sense of humor which I appreciated! I recommend Sean to deal with when it comes to purchasing a new vehicle. Every person we dealt with there was also kind and down to earth. Had a great experience purchasing a vehicle at Grieger's. Everyone was super friendly and made the whole experience hassle free. Everyone I delt with was straight forward, and didn't pressure me into any decisions. It was a delight dealing with the whole team at Grieger's. I want to also give a special shoutout to my sales guy Manny. He was extremely knowledgeable and did a good job answering any of my questions.
