I almost made the mistake of letting Brake Masters service my 2012 black diamond CTS Coupe. I came to my senses and got it over to Levi. Authorized dealer service is the best way to go in the long run. Don’t be stupid.

I'm a 72 year old widow. I took my car in for 7500 checkup. I had the privilege to meet Mr Tim Combs. He explained everything to me concerning my cars needs. I was very surprised that my car didn't need any of the things I was told I needed previously. I was prepared to fix what was needed. But he refused to take advantage of me. Cadillac Service Employees (Tim & Levi) are successful managers. Unfortunately, Cadillac Service share the burden that other "on-demand" industries face: insufficient resources to meet unpredictable demand. Even so, Levi makes the best of difficult circumstances by his kind demeanor and steadfast dedication to his work. Hopefully Garcia Cadillac management will make more resources available to this hardworking service department.
