I walked into Garcia Honda after doing a search of new cars to buy after my car died on me. I went in with a specific car I was looking for based on lease offerings viewed online. When I arrived a sales person asked me if I needed assistance. He indicated he was busy with another customer and promptly brought out another sales person to assist me. I explained what I was looking for and the price point I wanted to stay around and the color of car I was interested in. Andrew walked me directly to cars in my range and color and I selected a car and asked to look at numbers. The paperwork to start the process was minimal. The other Andrew (in finance) was helpful and pleasant. Document signing and review was quick and straight forward, no pressure. From the time I walked on to the lot and I drove off in my new car, was less than three hours. My previous new car purchases were both over 10 years ago; this was far more seamless and streamlined. I hope the service department is this efficient and professional. I highly recommend their car purchasing process and Andrew in sales.

Had a 9am service appointment on a Saturday to have a part installed that was purchased when I bought my ‘26 pilot. After waiting 3 hours I asked about how much longer it would be and was told 3-4 hours and that they hadn’t started on anything yet. When I asked what having an appointment meant, I was told it was just to see an advisor and meant they would try to squeeze me in. Drove a total of 6 hours, because I live out of town, and sat for 3 hours for a total of 9 waisted hours on a Saturday. Poor customer service for not communicating any of this. I won’t be returning and will my business somewhere else. Thank you Garcia Honda!

Why drive to Albuquerque from Alamogordo? Because Garcia had the best selection. I requested price on line and provided my vehicle info. I was called and we made an appointment. Mike welcomed me and took care of demo and test drive. Manny worked on the figures and Jose did the closing. I value efficiency. I arrived at 9:30 a.m. and drove off in my new Civic at noon. Great teamwork. When I decide to buy again, Garcia will be my first option. Thanks, guys.
