I recently did business with this dealership, and I have to say it was one of the worst professional experiences I’ve ever had. I was hired to provide junk removal services, and the way I was treated by their sales manager, Jerry Farris, was completely unacceptable. From the start, Jerry was extremely rude and dismissive. Any time I politely called to follow up about payment for the work I completed, he either refused to give me a straight answer or would abruptly hang up on me. Instead of showing any professionalism or basic courtesy, he acted as if my time and effort meant nothing. I run a legitimate business and deal with many clients, and I have never encountered a manager so careless and disrespectful. Not only was there zero transparency about when I’d be paid, but Jerry made it clear he didn’t care about handling things properly. The lack of respect was astounding. If this is how they treat people they hire, I can only imagine how they treat paying customers. Based on my experience, this dealership clearly lacks professionalism and integrity—especially under management like Jerry Farris. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with this dealership.

I was able to find a great car at a fair price. Alexa was very professional helping us with our decision and being involved in every step of the process, making us feel very comfortable. After deciding what was best for us we were driving out of the dealership in just over an hour. That is unheard of. A solid 15 out of 10 rating.
