So about a month ago I went to Ram and asked about a vehicle. Jacob answered the call said come see it. Didn’t even try to pull the things the other dealers pull by saying the car just got sold. So got there he told me let’s take it for a drive. He told me don’t be scared. Drive the car and I did that how I usually drive. Had a good conversation. He was honest on the vehicle, no issues no check engine light. I looked up the vehicle service record which is clean. I’ll look forward to doing business with Golden State Ram and Jacob Again. I’ll also send people their way they are looking for reasonable price great condition vehicles.

Called on a GX470 the day it was listed. Said I was out of state and asked for a few more pictures. Said they were set up to ship cars. Got the pictures about 2 hours later and I said I would take it. They asked for drivers license and my email. Gave them everything they asked for. I asked if I could call and put a deposit on it. Then nothing. 2 days and 0 contact. Every time I call they pick up and hang up. Never had that happen before. Just tell me you don’t want to sell me a car. Now I missed out on a different one waiting for them to answer me. Not professional at all. Man up and pick up the phone and tell me what’s going on.
