The overall experience at this dealership was very positive. The salesman did an excellent job and worked diligently to get me the deal I was looking for, which I really appreciated. The service department has also been outstanding, very communicative and always willing to provide a loaner vehicle when needed, which has made things incredibly convenient. My only significant concern is with the condition of the vehicle at delivery. The out-the-door prep fell short of expectations. The windows were streaky, the floors under the mats were dirty, and there was noticeable debris between the seats. It felt like the car only received a quick once-over rather than a thorough detail. I ended up spending nearly two hours the following day cleaning it myself. Additionally, I noticed several small paint chips that had not been addressed prior to delivery. That said, the dealership staff, from sales to service, have been absolutely wonderful to work with. If they improve their delivery preparation process, the experience would easily be a 5-star one.
