Free car washes as long as i own my vehicle not to bad. Salesman Brodie and finance officer Don are the best to work with when buying a new vehicle thxs to both of them im in a new Suv . Thank you, Israel, Mitchell, Jeremy, and Don! We were on our way to another dealership and happened to be running early for our appointment, so we decided to make a quick stop and look at the Hyundais as we drove by. We were simply browsing the lot when Israel approached us. Within the first five minutes, he had won my son’s trust and sparked his interest in owning a Hyundai. I have to admit, I was getting nervous because this was definitely not the plan! Yet somehow, without any pressure, Israel had us walking inside the dealership just to learn more. He was busy helping other customers, but it was obvious he genuinely wanted to help us as well. He squeezed us in between appointments and made us feel important. His enthusiasm, personality, and relatability made him the star of the show. When he had to hand us off to Mitchell, the experience didn’t miss a beat. Mitchell jumped right in, was equally helpful, and worked hard to help us cross the finish line. Then we met Jeremy, the sales manager. If you ask me, every dealership needs a Jeremy. He was calm, honest, and completely pressure-free. What could have been a typical stop to gather numbers and quickly head out turned into something entirely different. I loved that we received the best price and best deal upfront without having to negotiate. For a moment, I honestly felt like I wasn’t even at a dealership because it was so different from the usual experience. The positive experience continued when we met Don in finance. Once again, there was no pressure and no unnecessary upselling. He simply explained our options, shared his recommendations, and respected whatever decision we made. We chose the protection packages, signed the paperwork, and he efficiently handled the rest so we could get on our way. As an added bonus, while we waited, we enjoyed an amazing meal from the food truck on site! It was truly an experience I will never forget. I never imagined I would be buying a Hyundai that day, but thanks to the professionalism, honesty, and outstanding customer service of this team, that’s exactly what happened. Thank you all for making what started as an unexpected stop into such a wonderful and memorable experience.

I have been t Garvey Hyundai Service dept many times for service, parts, recalls. Great people one and all. Yesterday was my first experience with sales and it could not have gone better. I picked out the vehicle I wanted which was not the most expensive one on the lot. My salesperson Allen didn't try to sell me some thing more expensive or flashy. Test drive to make sure I liked the Venue I picked out. Processed all the paperwork for finance and let me know I could pick up the Venue at 4pm. It was ready, no excuses, no delays, in and out in half hour. I could not have asked for a more friendly, knowledgeable, aim to please salesperson than Allen. Hats off to Allen and all the great folks at Garvey Hyundai.
