Evan and Adam were great, they made me feel like I was just hanging out with friends. I never felt pressured and felt that everybody was genuine. I had the best experience at Garvey Volkswagen in Queensbury! My salesman Nick O’Brien was friendly, filled with all the details and information about the 2026 Atlas Cross Sport. He showed me the ins and outs of the entire suv. Nick had everything ready to go in a days worth of work. I was beyond impressed!! I had the absolute BEST experience at Garvey..truly the most seamless and enjoyable car-buying process I’ve ever had. Ryan Winters and John Cramer were incredible to work with - professional, transparent, and made everything feel so easy. What can normally be a stressful process actually felt… fun? Which I didn’t even think was possible. A special shoutout to Madison as well (who helped my mom), she was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely a joy to be around. Had such an amazing experience here! I worked with Joel for the sales end and Adam for finance, they make a great team! Joel texted me with info I needed prior to coming in, had the SUV out front and ready to go when I got there! Such a nice group of people working here, felt like a very different feel than other dealerships I’ve worked with previously. They worked with me on the price and listened to all my concerns and answered my questions. I got to drive my new car home the next day and I love it!
