Gary Miller Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

Last time I took my car here my dash cam caught the guys rummaging through my console, glove box and sensitive paperwork. All the while disrespecting me and my property and joking about how few things they will actually do. You can see in the comments that once you get outside the realm of oil changes this place goes downhill quick. They are too backed up with their warranty calls to care about doing a good job, or dealing with problems that arent WiTech related. They care about doing as little as possible to get cars in and out quickly. Spend your money elsewhere. I did and I finally got the intelligent and capable quality service I expect.

Dave was my salesman and trust me I was a big pain in the butt but he stuck with me and helped me with everything. He answered all my questions and made this transaction as simple as it could be. He even saved me a lot of time and running around. The manager was also great and explained in more details on everything. I got a 2024 Jeep Cherokee Limited and I love it. Gary Miller is a great place to buy a vehicle. Excellent customer service and they were the cheapest around but excellent quality vehicles.

I have bought two trucks and getting ready to buy a third from Nick Longstreth at Gary Miller's. He is outstanding salesman and the only one I do business with. He listens to what I am looking for and helps any way he can to get me into what I want. Update to above post: I have taken possession of my newest truck. It is a 2500 Rebel built to my specifications. See the pictures, had to add the dual exhaust myself to finish off the aggressiveness (look and sound) of the truck and steps. A++++++ Wow, this was a great experience! My sales guy Richie knew everything there was to know about Jeeps and didn't hesitate to show us all the features on the one we were interested in. He really took great care of us through the whole process and is an incredible salesman. He’s as real as it gets. A week or so after buying our Jeep, we had a small problem that I wanted looked at. Gabe in service was able to get our Jeep right in, diagnosed, and fixed within a day. My warranty covered everything. What a great feeling . . .
