Johny at Gary Moe was the most helpful salesman ever. He showed us the vehicle top to bottom, explained everything, had so much knowledge off hand. He was super nice to work with, I absolutely recommend him. Jen and her team at Gary Moe are the nicest folks, very happy with our Outlander purchase.

We purchased a used Outlander PHEV from Lethbridge Mitsubishi, prior to Gary Moe taking over. Admittedly, was concerned about the reputation of the previous management, however decided to take a chance. Very pleased with the overall experience!! LARA was the sales person we worked with and she was AWESOME!!!! She’s extremely knowledgable about the product line (literally able to demonstrate the plethora of features of the Outlander PHEV seemingly from muscle memory) and answered any question I posed. What I really appreciated was the courtesy, respect and patience she demonstrated during the entire process (including several test drives over the course of a couple of days). Lara is a gifted sales person and an asset to the dealership. Jennifer (sales manager) also was patient, respectful and great to work with, as was Chad. We are loving our Outlander PHEV - it is spacious, practical, comfortable and efficient. Average fuel economy had been very impressive - I have yet to add any gas since we purchased the vehicle. Cold weather 3.6l/100km (engine does run initially in colder weather, but eventually shuts off), warmer spring weather just under 2 l/100km - and that is making two trips across Whoop Up drive a day. Just plug it into standard 120v outlet at night and full charge by morning. If you are considering an Outlander PHEV definitely reach out to Lara.

My wife and I did a walk-in at Lethbridge Mitsubishi yesterday, and I wanted to share how much we appreciated the experience. From the moment we arrived, Dane Edmonds (Sales Consultant) made us feel so welcome, and his friendly demeanor really eased any nerves we had about the process. Test driving the vehicle was enjoyable, and we felt supported every step of the way, right through to the delivery today. We're truly wishing Dane lots of success with future sales because he genuinely deserves it. Haroon Aiam (General Manager) was incredibly helpful, guiding us in choosing the right options and helping us figure out what we could comfortably afford. We are thrilled to be bringing home our new 2025 Mitsubishi GT-S AWC Outlander (Black), and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. Chad Guindon (Director of Finance) was also fantastic in assisting us with the paperwork and ensuring we understood our coverage and registration. We even had a lighthearted moment tossing a coin to discuss the extended warranty, but it all worked out beautifully, giving us peace of mind along with our new car. If we ever decide to add another vehicle to our family, Mitsubishi will definitely be at the top of our list. Thank you all for making this experience so positive.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. The "new" owner is a LIAR. I was tricked into buying a vehicle. My signature was manipulated out of me by Juan V. and submitted without my consent. Juan Valle-Andino was not supposed to submit anything until I had gotten an insurance quote. And Jen? The manager? What a joke! She is just as much of a SCAMMER as Juan V. THIS PLACE IS UNPROFESSIONAL and shady. Period. I would recommend you look elsewhere for ANY vehicle.
