I bought a vehicle from out of town so did everything via phone and email. The experience was great, it didn't feel high pressure and they didn’t use any fear tactics throughout the process. For sales I dealt with Eryn and she was wonderful - was not aggressive and sent a really good video of the vehicle I was interested in, plus answered any questions I had. For financing I dealt with Gabe and he was a gem too. Very straight forward and easy to deal with, plus got me a really good rate. Some context, I wasn’t in a rush to buy a vehicle and had already been looking for a few months. Twice I had almost purchased from two separate dealerships but they were so aggressive that I walked away. Highly recommend!

We were there last night and purchased a CX 70. I have never been so impressed with service at a dealership. Eryn as sales was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Gabe at financing was also also super friendly knowledgeable and made this process seem seamless. This is my third time buying a Mazda and the professionalism of staff is one of the reasons we chose another one!!!

Todd called me the next day to say all was good and I could come in for a conversation. They worked with me and were patient as I asked questions and consulted with friends.
