I cannot say enough about how well my buying experience with Frankfort KY Gary Yeoman’s Ford and Todd went. I live in Knoxville TN and called one morning to speak with Todd about an Expedition I saw online. He was quick to respond, answered all my questions, and we had an agreement within a few minutes. I decided to drive up that afternoon to the dealership (3hr drive). Todd stayed in communication, worked everything out and had paperwork ready when I arrived. Levi helped facilitate the process and was very professional and kind. He also went above and beyond. Micheal helped wrap up the deal on the remaining balance after my trade. He was quick, professional, and kind. I can say this was the best car buying experience I have ever had (and believe me I have had many - I like cars 😁). I reached out to Todd the following day about some vibration in the steering wheel at highway speeds on my travel back to TN. He was quick to respond and directed the service department to followup with me (even though it was his day off). Everything was resolved! Ask for Devon, I promise you won’t be disappointed. I was looking for a car unexpectedly after my nissan went out on me. Devon hooked me up with this beauty of a car. I love it so much. She has been so helpful even after purchasing the car (helping arrange the perma-plate and setting up an oil change for me) She is such a bright and outgoing person, genuinely easy to talk to. Had a great experience with this dealer. I came in knowing the product I wanted to buy, and the sales person I had previously contacted, William Cleek, had the Bronco I was looking to purchase ready and waiting at the door. After doing a lot of research and test drives at other dealerships, I knew this was the truck I wanted. The sales experience was excellent, with knowledgeable answers on warranty products offered by Ford, and though the specific Yeoman's Ford location I was purchasing at. Only downside was a defective piece of vinyl trim, caused buy Ford Manufacturing, dealer immediately made it right. Love my Bronco!

He had a great attitude, deep knowledge of the Ford trucks, and genuine enthusiasm that made the whole process enjoyable. They were professional, patient, hard-working, and very down-to-earth. It was refreshing to feel truly taken care of even after the sale. Gary Yeoman Ford made what can be a stressful process feel smooth and trustworthy. I’m happy to spend my money with a dealership that clearly values its customers.
