I had an absolute top notch experience here. After visiting a few other dealers and playing their games I was pleasantly surprised at such a straight forward experience. It was so surreal it was almost too good to be true, but yet it wasn’t. Everything from the time I entered the dealership until I left with a new car was a 5 star experience. It was shocking the price on the internet was actually a valid price and not jacked up once I was on the property like other dealerships. Then I got a very fair price on my trade and no games in the finance office. What? My sales rep Cezar, Pat the sales manager along with the rest of the team had just delivered the perfect trifecta. Had I known the way this dealership treats its customers along with the fairness I would experience here I would not have wasted time elsewhere, I would have just started here. Every dealership has “nice” sales reps and managers. It’s literally their job to be friendly and sell cars, often using their friendliness to gain your trust while they pack the deal with fees and other “dealer ad on’s” that are way over priced. None of that BS here. Car buying should be a pleasant experience not a miserable one. Having had several miserable experiences at other places gave me a real appreciation for my visit here. My next purchase will start end end right here next time. The owner and management of this dealership have a level of integrity that is rarely found in this industry.
