Gaspé Toyota

Service is no good, they are not polite, they don't care about the people/clients. I would give 0 starts if I could. My 2019 Mazda broke down right at their driveway. Motowr over heated and started smoking. I was with my wife, father, son and I live 3 hours away from their location l. I went inside looking for help. They were rude about it and didn't care. They said they are not going to fix it for at least 2 weeks. I was polite and said that is fine, I can't move it anyway as asked if I could use a loan car for the 2 weeks. The man looked at me in the face and said "No, I am not giving you a rental or lending you a car. Park your car over there (pointing outside), or call a tow truck or take it to Mazda. I understand my car was a Mazda and not a Toyota, but they could have been more helpful and more polite. I do NOT recommend this dealership or garage to ANYONE anywhere in the world.

Mostly of them (not all for sure) nice people, but that is by far the worst customer service I have ever had. Besides the unclear information (what gives the impressione they are trying to get you ripped off) it looks like they are doing a favor to you - even it is very expensive. Unfortenatly Gaspe does not have many options, but Toyota in Gaspe should be avoided at all cost.

The car showed a code and three days travel from home didn't know what to do. We explained our problem and they fixed it right away. ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!. Thank you doesn't seem grateful enough. Saved our vacation.

Good service but a cold atmosphere in side the building There no coffee machine or a water 💦 machine for bottle water . otherwise it's okay.

It's was a great experience with Joann she answered all question in a very professional manner.
