Gastonia Cadillac

I wish I could give zero stars. I purchased a 2024 Escalade V in July 2025 and had it shipped from Gastonia Cadillac. Phil, my salesperson, was excellent and made the buying experience smooth. However, less than two weeks after receiving the vehicle, the engine failed and required a full replacement under the GM Certified Warranty. This vehicle was only nine months old from new. Because the Escalade was originally sold and serviced by Gastonia Cadillac, the experience was especially disappointing. I was told by both Gastonia Cadillac and the repair facility that no one could provide a timeline for when a replacement engine would be available—it could take up to six months. Gastonia Cadillac assured me they would escalate the issue within GM to expedite the process, but that never happened. There was no follow-through, no updates, and no communication of any kind on an engine. Fortunately, the local dealer performing the repair took full ownership of the situation and managed everything without any support from Gastonia Cadillac. For a $163,000 vehicle, I expected far better service and accountability. Even a simple phone call or handwritten note would have shown they cared. Instead, Gastonia Cadillac’s management handled the situation with indifference and defensiveness—unacceptable behavior for a dealership representing a luxury brand.

Phylisha was an amazing car sales lady! She truly went above and beyond to help me find the perfect car that fit exactly what I was looking for. She was extremely patient, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed or pressured during the process. Phylisha made the entire experience smooth and stress-free, and her professionalism and kindness really stood out. I’m so thankful for her help and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

This was an amazing phenomenal experience thanks to Kendra. She was an amazing sales lady. Very professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy in character and judgement! She was not pushy but allowed my husband and I to choose, take time to discuss, and was pleasant in her responses!!! She was amazing all around and I can’t say it enough! We will be returning and praying that we get to work with her or hearing of her promotion! She surely deserves it!!

I'd give Kendra 10 stars if I could just because she was so attentive and thorough. Only reason I give the dealership itself 4 stars was because of lack of finance people we had to wait several hours to pay for the suv. Although once we were finally in the finance office it went very very fast which I was happy with. Overall a great experience except for the wait. Definitely ask for Kendra to look at a car, you won't be disappointed in her customer service!!!

Had a great experience with Karla Mata! It’s always great when you can go into a dealership and not feel pressured to get into a vehicle that you don’t want. She was very knowledgeable and patient through the whole buying process. She will always be the one I go to anytime I need a vehicle!
