Danny deserves real recognition I came in with subprime credit and he made it work, getting me approved through Nissan’s bank for a 2026 lease. He also explained that leasing new builds credit faster than financing used, which is exactly the kind of advice I needed. I’m driving this for three years to build toward the car I actually want, and that feels like a win I didn’t expect walking in. Where things fell short was in the details. I’m a parent of a child on the autism spectrum and April is Autism Awareness Month so this is personal. When I explained that I needed leather seating and captain’s chairs for accessibility and easy cleanup while caring for her on the go, that request wasn’t able to be accommodated. A complimentary detail spray was offered, and I appreciated the gesture, but it doesn’t solve the day-to-day reality. I also only received two complimentary oil changes, which felt a little light for a 3 yr lease commitment. That said, Danny showed up when it mattered. When I noticed a burning smell and what looked like empty fluid reservoirs under the hood, I texted him on a Sunday. He responded first thing Monday morning, had me bring the car in immediately, explained everything clearly, and sent me off with a car wash all at no charge. Fast, professional, no runaround. Overall a mostly positive experience with some room to grow. Danny works hard for his customers and it shows.

I went to Gates GMC to look for a certified pre-owned Terrain. Danny and the team took such great care of me! They showed me exactly what I wanted and didn’t try to sway my decision or attempt to up charge me in any way. I was pleasantly surprised by their transparency in giving me all the pertinent information regarding the used vehicle, which put my mind at ease. I have purchased cars before and sometimes it can be a stressful process. This was not that kind of experience, there was zero stress and zero doubts involved in purchasing this car. I was also treated with such kindness by everyone who was working there, regardless if they were helping me or not. They made sure I had everything I could possibly need or want and that I was comfortable as we went through paperwork. I think my favorite part of the experience was atmosphere at the dealership is very welcoming. You feel like you are doing business with a family rather than a building full of strangers. Their customer service is off the charts for me, and I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you Danny and the rest of the team, I will definitely be recommending your dealership to friends and family!

My nearly three hour drive to Gates GMC Nissan to purchase a 2026 Nissan Armada Platinum Reserve was completely worth it. I want to thank Thomas Gates, Matheus Canido, and Chris Messier for making this a great car buying experience. These gentlemen exhibited a level of professionalism and transparency that I was not expecting based on my previous experiences throughout the years with several other car dealerships in the New York area. They were also efficient and respected my time. I can't say enough good things about the entire staff at Gates and would recommend them to any buyer looking to work with an exceptional team.

Daniel Bourget was great to work with and Top notch ,made purchasing a truck easier than ever. Also the finance team was top notch also .I would recommend Gates to anyone and if your on fence go there and ask for Daniel he'll take care of you for sure !

I purchased a new truck back in November from Danny. I was a little reluctant at first to deal with him because of his young age, but he proved to be a wonderful, mature, enthusiastic, very professional salesperson. The whole experience with the Gates team was very easy to deal with. I traveled 60 mi to this dealership because they had what I was looking for and was responsive to my requests. I Hope to continue to do business with them in the future when another vehicle need comes due.
