Absolutely great. I was more than pleased by the salesman and people that greeted me. As the last kia dealer never came out to help me. So ill definitely buy from Gateway kia again and recommend that others do as well. Im super pleased. It was great and I got the pretty blue that I love.

Mike, the manager, was also helpful during negotiations and helped me get a solid deal on a new 2025 Kia Niro. I highly recommend working with Josh and Mike if you want a straightforward and professional car buying process. And shoutout to the finance manager, Karen. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She made the paperwork process SO quick compared to the usual experiences I’ve had at other dealerships.

We have been buying our cars from them since 2016 and never had a problem. Everyone there is friendly and knowledgeable. We recommended them to family and now they are lifelong buyers also. Any time we have questions about our cars they are there to help and get answers. The finance department worked with us to get the best deal and rates. Highly recommend them!
