From the moment I walked in, they made everything easy and stress-free. I actually got there right before closing because I got off work late, and instead of rushing me or asking me to come back another day, the team stayed late to make sure I was taken care of. That level of customer service really meant a lot. After the test drive, they handled everything so efficiently that I was in and out within about an hour, which is honestly insane compared to most car buying experiences. I truly appreciated how respectful they were of my time. This is now my second vehicle from Gateway Toyota, and experiences like this are exactly why I keep coming back. The entire team consistently provides a professional, transparent, and enjoyable buying process. After some nightmare experiences at other Toyota dealerships, Gateway Toyota has completely earned my loyalty. This will be the only Toyota dealership I shop at from now on. The guy who makes you feel like a regular from the moment you walk in. Our January 2026 started as a complete nightmare: we were new to Toms River and both of our cars died in the same month. The stress was overwhelming. We dreaded the process but were met with the exact opposite. Jay Anzaldo greeted us, and instead of a sales pitch, he offered genuine patience and understanding. Over four different visits, Jay transformed the chore of finding a car into a fun experience. We test-drove multiple cars, and he acted as our personal tour guide to Toms River, pointing out the best local places to eat.
