Gatineau Honda

Recently purchased my car from this dealership, and unfortunately the customer service experience was very disappointing and unprofessional. I simply needed a copy of my bill of sale from the finance department to get some things done for my vehicle , yet I spent an entire week calling repeatedly with no response. I left multiple voicemails for both the salesperson and finance department, only to continuously be told that “they aren’t here” or to “leave another message.” In total, I left 3 voicemails over the course of the week and received no follow-up. I finally managed to get ahold of the sales manager after being placed on hold for 20 minutes. I explained how frustrated I was with the lack of communication and poor service, yet there was no apology or accountability whatsoever. Ironically, the salesperson I had been trying to reach the entire time was apparently sitting in the same room as the manager. The manager also insisted that the salesman never received voicemails…. That being said, the one person who truly made the delivery experience enjoyable was Eve, the delivery assistant. She was incredibly kind, organized, professional, and genuinely made us leave on a much better note. Her customer service skills stood out completely from the rest of the experience. Thank you, Eve, for your professionalism and kindness !!!!!! Keep it up Nonetheless We are still very happy with our purchase but the experience leading up to it was disappointing

I had a great experience with Ives Honda. The team was professional, friendly, and very helpful from the beginning. They explained everything clearly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated their transparency and honesty, which made me feel confident in my decision. They’re not good at working together. Called twice. I just wanted to see of they had a green passport, so i could see it again. They couldnt answer that question without transferring me around the office to various telephones that were never answered. spoke french. anyone in any department should have been able to answer this question. it doesn’t require a sales rep. I dont know why I’d ever come to this place.

I had great experience at this dealership. I felt confident in my choices throughout the entire process. Jean-Luc was excellent. He was transparent, honest, and clear about what could and couldn’t be offered when it came to financing. I really appreciated the straightforward communication and support. Overall, a smooth and stress-free experience. Would recommend!
