Gauthier Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

We purchased our 2019 GMC Sierra from Gauthier and our experience with our sales person Thomas Diewert was exceptional. Thomas took the time to walk us through every feature of the truck. He went above and beyond making sure the truck was detailed and looked “like new” when we picked it up. We are very happy with our experience and would happily refer friends to Thomas when they need to make a purchase.

I reached out to this dealership as I have bought many parts from them in the past for my ram and they were always good to deal with. This time I was reaching out because of my mastershield warranty on my ram which has coverage until 2049 and has 86,000km but has corrosion on the hood as well as both front fenders. They told me (I believe her name was Mercedes and her manager) that they were only doing warranty for vehicles bought at their dealership so I asked to be put on the waiting list. They told me it could take up to 2 months to get my truck looked at which I said fine. It’s now been 5 months without a phone call so obviously they don’t care about my FCA warranty or me. Never going to waste my time with this dealership again. Also after being a Dodge owner my entire life I’ll never buy another one of these POS vehicles again and neither should you

Purchased “ my last vehicle” on Saturday. Lol (running joke). I bought a 2026 Jeep Compass North. My experience was amazing! I had a great experience purchasing a new vehicle after my last one was written off. Thomas Dievert was a amazing help and understanding of my situation and needs. He's always willing to see what he can do to help get you what you need at a price that's fare. There was a slight problem with autopac but Thomas and the Gauthier team help me out and got it all sorted out for me in no time flat. This is my third vehicle that I have purchased from the Gauthier and when it's time for another I'll be seeing Thomas first.
