Gaven Auto Sales - Commercial Truck Center

Purchased a vehicle from these people 5/12, and by 5/15 was having the issues you can see in the videos below. They offered to make repairs and said repairs complete but can’t detail what repairs were made, and now are sticking to the idea of “A Deal is a Deal”. The worst part is gas leak + metal on metal in the wheel well is a recipe for a fiery explosion, and I had a 5 year old in my back seat. Words can’t express how dangerous this was. If they’re willing to do this over a $6000 car, I can’t imagine what they’d be willing to do to keep a sale if selling a $20,000-$30,000+ vehicle (which is mostly what they have) My experience buying a vehicle from a dealership for the first time ever has been tainted by my dealings with Gaven Auto.

These guys are awesome! No pressure, simple transaction. My van is exactly what I was looking for and in excellent condition for the price. I highly recommend Gaven Auto. When I plan to purchase a second work vehicle I will be back again.

I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with this dealership and feel obligated to warn others. STAY AWAY… crooks . I purchased a work van from them that turned out to have serious mechanical issues—major problems with both the engine and transmission. they told me it was all checked out and mechanical approved . lies The vehicle is essentially unusable, which is unacceptable considering it was sold as a functional work vehicle. When I brought the issues to their attention, instead of offering any real support or resolution, I was told to “hire a lawyer” or come back and trade it in for another vehicle from their lot. That kind of response is extremely unprofessional and shows a complete lack of accountability. If you rely on your vehicle for work or daily use, I strongly recommend having anything from this dealership thoroughly inspected by an independent mechanic before purchasing—or better yet, consider going elsewhere. i wouldn’t support this company they are shady enough to sell dangerous vehicles to the public and people why keep them If anyone else has had issues with a vehicle from this place, please speak up and share your experience. Leaving honest reviews helps protect others from going through the same situation. Situations like this shouldn’t be ignored—businesses need to be held accountable for what they sell. I also encourage anyone affected to file a complaint with their state consumer protection office and the Better Business Bureau so there is a record of these experiences. The more people who come forward, the harder it is for situations like this to continue. Buyers beware.
