GBB LLC

This dealership was entirely different from what we were told to expect when buying a car. We were told by numerous coworkers, family, and friends that buying a car could be an arduous day long battle of attrition ove haggling and warranty and so much stuff. GBB LLC was nothing like the horror stories we had heard. We reached out to them about a car we were interested in and recieved quick and helpful responses almost immediately. We were able to easily set a day to see the car we were interested in. On the day of, we arrived and within minutes of our appointment we were able to freely inspect the car and even were able to test drive it within the hour. All questions we had were readily and easily answered by Brandon, the manager. After, we talked about buying it and there was no hassle on the pricing at all. We paid exactly the sticker price plus the expected taxes and fees that always come with a new car. We were able to purchase the car the same day we had the appointment due to pre-approving a loan. In fact, we recieved more hassle from the bank sending funds than we ever did from this dealer! Tl;dr This dealership was professional, helpful, and incredibly patient with us as first time car buyers. They allowed us to avoid joining the ranks of people with car-buying horror stories. I would give a 6th star if I could.

Brandon is very professional and an extremely reasonable and pleasant guy.Allowing us to take the car to an independent pre-purchase inspection. He took the time to review the results and was reasonable from first test drive, onwards. As happy as I can be with any car dealership. Thank you GBB and specifically B! (randon)

I'll leave this review in the middle of the road as no foul play was really done to myself. I drove my buddy to look at a car here (he's a diesel mechanic, I a certified aviation technician), we looked at the car, performed a very basic visual inspection on the car, and I overhead the salesman tell my buddy he was putting in the paperwork it was inspected by us as mechanics which isn't true. It wasn't a big deal because, if all had gone well, I was planning on inspecting the car completely when we got it home but my friend's check was messed up and he couldn't leave with the car so I'm not sure how the salesman's comment sits in terms of the car's paperwork, but we did not perform a maintenance inspection on the car. The car in question is a 2014 BMW 328D sedan, if they say it was inspected by a diesel mechanic, it wasn't in this instance.

Shady & greedy dealership! Purchased a vehicle and less than 6 hours later, codes going off and it was leaking fluid everywhere. 6 hours?! $1500 worth of work needed and wasn’t willing to work with us whatsoever! Mind you, we did have a car friend inspect this vehicle, so them commenting on other reviews that they don’t erase the system codes is hilarious. This place sells cars “as is” (needs work), but without the honesty, for the cost of an actual good conditioned one. We drove one before the one we purchased and immediately lights were going off and rattling noises. Listen to the reviews and take your hard earned money elsewhere, they do not care about anyone but their own pockets! Well defined place of your typical mechanic/car buying experience scam stories. @GBB - don’t even bother commenting that the car was sold in good working condition. Because 6 hours later is an absolute joke. I will say you guys are very good at making them seem reliable for test runs/inspections. But if you want a car that lasts more than 24 hours, this is not the place for you.

Just bought a Promaster work van from here. I'm very satisfied with everything. Everyone was courteous and unlike many dealers, they didn't bombard with extra fees. Everything was pretty straightforward. I will be looking to buy a truck soon, and I really hope they will have something I like in stock when I'm ready.
