I had a great experience recently purchasing a BMW with Client Advisor Lorena and Sales Manager Chad. They were both extremely patient, allowed me to experience a variety of different options and powertrains in the X5, and expertly guided me through the purchase process. There was zero pressure, and everyone at the dealership—from GM Ryan on down—was extremely friendly and accommodating. Even the visit to the finance office with Jack during the purchase was a positive experience—such a considerable contrast to several other local BMW dealers I visited. They were transparent on pricing and made the entire process straightforward from start to finish. The pricing was very fair, and the entire purchasing experience was courteous and professional. I worked with a few dealerships in the Denver/ Colorado Springs area. I was constantly going back and forth with them and it wasn’t a great experience overall. Then I found Gebhardt BMW. I called in inquiring about a 2026 X3 M50, they said they still had it and were willing to show it to me. I immediately left my house and headed to Boulder. Lorena was my sales rep and she gave me a very warm welcome and was extremely friendly. Gebhardt BMW and Lorena were so easy to work with. They quickly got all the paperwork started and while I was waiting on finance they had a genius show me all the features of the new car I had just purchased. I highly encourage Gebhardt and would only ever want to work with Lorena in the future. I didn’t feel pressured in any way like typical dealerships make you feel.

I can’t say enough about the extra care I received from the service dept at Gebhardt BMW. Geoff McCormick was extremely attentive keeping me consistently informed with the status of my vehicle. He even took it to the next level matching the price I had found on a new set of tires from Costco. The whole process from start to finish was a wonderful seamless experience.
