Where do I even begin? I drove nearly 35 minutes to this location to check out and potentially purchase a car, only to be met with a completely frustrating and misleading experience. When I arrived, I called the number listed and spoke with a woman named Ocean, who was very kind and helpful. She mentioned they typically work by appointment, which was confusing since the listing, prior reviews, and even an email I received all suggested I could simply stop by. At no point was an appointment requirement clearly communicated. After waiting about 5 - 10 minutes, I received a call from Gabriel. From the start, his tone was passive-aggressive and unprofessional. He immediately asked if I knew what was wrong with the car. This was the first time I had heard anything about an issue, as the listing did not disclose any problems. He then said, “you can’t get this car for that price unless there’s something wrong,” which raises serious concerns about transparency. When I asked if he had any other vehicles in a similar price range, his response was, “I have a shitty, ugly car, but it doesn’t work.” That alone speaks volumes about the level of professionalism. He then proceeded to scold me for showing up in person, saying “that’s what phones are for,” despite the fact that I had already emailed expressing interest and was encouraged to come by. To be clear, I’m not saying they don’t have decent cars. What I am saying is that the communication is misleading and the customer service at least from Gabriel is extremely unprofessional. If you’re okay dealing with rude behavior and unclear information, then this might be the place for you. Otherwise, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

I'm a business owner and recently purchased a new Corvette ZO6 with a ZO7 track package. I purchased 4 beautiful wheels with tires, lugs and air pressure sensors from GEM Motorcars to replace the track mounted tires that came with my car. Unfortunately my rear tires were on national backorder which slowed final delivery. I contacted GEM MotorSports agent Chris and questioned the delay. One of the owners contacted me and assured me, his company was doing everything in their power to expedite my order. The wheels showed up and were more beautiful than any of their pictures showed. Everything I ordered was in its place. I had the wheels mounted by the Chevy dealership and one of the air sensors was defective. They expedited another sensor as soon as I contacted them. As a company owner, I am very impressed with their customer service and quality of their product, and HIGHLY ENCOURAGE anyone purchasing wheels to order their wheels from GEM Motorcars

A woman named Andrea Wentz posted a car on Facebook. I reached out to view the car and was told to contact someone named Gabriel. I called and was told I can come view the car. He informed me that he arrived at the car and I told him I would be there in an hour. He told me that was fine. I drove across town and arrived as he was selling the vehicle to someone else. The response of him was to shrug and say first come first serve. Then Andrea messaged me to let me know it was sold and when I responded that I was unhappy she said “That’s what we do, we sell cars.” I will never give this company my business and will continue to tell everyone not to do business here.

I bought an 80 cadillac eldorado convertible from Gabriel at Gem motor cars. Im from Louisiana and had the car shipped to my home. The experience was pleasant and Gabriel is straight up. What you see in the photos is exactly what you get. What he said he was going to do he did.. i received bill of sale contract and title. No scammer here. Real authentic brother. Str8 up guy. Very good business!!
