Gemini Motors Subaru

We recently purchased a Subaru and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Bryden made the entire process seamless, straightforward, and stress-free. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and never made us feel pressured, which made a big difference. One of the highlights was bringing along my six-year-old daughter for the test drive. Bryden and his manager, Chris, went out of their way to make her feel included in the experience. Chris took the time to show her around and answer all of her questions, and she absolutely loved it. Based on how much fun she had, I suspect Chris may have accidentally recruited Subaru’s newest future employee! It’s rare to find a team that is both professional and genuinely caring. Bryden made buying our new vehicle easy and enjoyable, and the extra effort he and Chris put into making it a positive experience for our family did not go unnoticed. Highly recommend working with them if you’re looking for a new vehicle.

I have been driving Subarus from Gemini Motors since 1994. My wife joined me in 1998. We believe Subarus are the most reliable and safest vehicle on the road today in their price range and Gemini Motors is superlative in their field for honesty, integrity, reliability, service, pricing and caring. Had an appointment for 1:30 for a winter tire changeover. Not sure why I make an appointment when I sit there for an hour and they haven’t even touched my car. I don’t own a Subaru, I’m doing this as a favour for someone, but I can tell you if this is normal. I would never do business with a place that can’t solve simple pain points for their customers.

Very poor service experience. I was first given an appointment for a seat airbag sensor recall and was told parts were available. After dropping off my car and returning home, they called saying the parts were not actually available. After waiting a month for another appointment, I dropped my car again and was promised same-day completion. There was no update, and I had to call 7 times the next day just to get a response. I finally received my car at 2 PM, but only one side was fixed. Now the driver-side airbag shows as turned off, and I’ve been asked to come back again. Very unprofessional and frustrating experience.
