I was there today for tire change , missed my appointment but they did tire change anyway . I was using a walker as I had an accident . They parked my car next to main door & held door open for me. Service , extra care & friendliness keeps me coming back. Thanks so much all of you .

I had my 5 year old Jeep towed to their location and they have had the vehicle for over a week and not once have they returned the many phone messages, emails or messengers to provide any updates on my vehicle. I was forced to find a ride from a friend to go see them in person to get an update. I have no confidence that they are even able to fix the vehicle and if they do it would be done properly. I have never experienced such horrible service!
2 hours for a safety check!! Better off going to Mont Laurier or Gatineau. Mechanic keeps clowning around.
