I’m from out of town and decided last minute to look at a Ford Bronco on their lot. Jay quickly arranged a test drive and was patient, knowledgeable, and never rushed me while answering all of my questions. On the day of purchase, Jay and his manager went above and beyond by surprising me with brand new winter tires, knowing I had a 9-hour drive home ahead of me. It was the most memorable & rewarding experience for us leasing a car. We went in this morning and was welcomed by warm smiles and open nature by everyone. We have been exploring, researching and test driving and went through several dealers and finally when we called in and came to the Downtown Location, we found exactly the one that was for us.
