Genesis Kelowna

As usual, our purchase experience was smooth and reassuring. We were well informed of all our options. The respect from our sales persons and Fahed, the sales Manager, is something I have never experienced from other major purchases. That is why this was our third purchase from Genesis Kelowna, and it won't be our last. I encourage anyone considering a vehicle purchase to experience the true class of their showroom, the easy interaction with the staff and end result of owning a quality vehicle. My GV70 (s) have all been trouble free and the comfort level is incredible.

After researching and test-driving five luxury competitors, we are thrilled with our decision to choose Genesis. Just bought a beautiful GV70 Prestige in Ceres Blue. Love the look and the technology package can’t be beat. A great value proposition! Ron was fantastic to deal with. No pressure and the bottle of wine was very appreciated. Highly recommended.

Tremendous shout out to Ron at Genesis Kelowna. As a woman I am always trepedatious when car shopping as I worry about being taken seriously and about assumptions that I don't know anything about vehicles. Ron was amazing, he took the time to listen to what I wanted, showed the utmost respect and caring. He immediately realized that I had knowledge about vehicles and was incredibly patient in answering all of my questions (I had several!). At no point did I feel dismissed or pressured into buying. He really took the time to follow up and find the right car for me. He sent videos and photos, looked into what could be brought in for me. I never thought anything could replace my Alfa Romeo Guilia but Ron found the perfect G70 3.3 T AWD for me. Very impressed with Genesis as a brand and the dealership overall. The team really does go above and beyond for their guests. It was wonderful working with Kyle in the finance department as well.
