Just picked up my truck at Genesis and my customer experience was excellent. It was previously used. I felt I got good value for money, truck was clean and can thank Justin for ensuring the truck was ready when promised. Justin also was a great communicator, making sure that I was kept updated with all stages of the process. He also spent a long time with the Android setup. Finally, when I was not sure what options were in the vehicle, Justin scoured the internet for the windows sticker. That allowed me to judge the value easily. Thanks Justin!
