Had the best experience at Genesis of Braintree. After trying every Hyundai/Genesis dealership around me and receiving nothing but terrible service, I decided to take the 1 hour drive to the nearest stand alone Genesis dealership. Best decision I could’ve made. Neil provided the best customer service. He actually cared and wanted to help resolve what the other dealership couldn’t. The dealership itself is absolutely stunning. Definitely has a luxurious feel with a nice waiting area. Overall 10/10 highly recommended. The only place I will be taking my car to from now on. Thank you Neil

Really fantastic experience all around. The General Manager, John, is incredibly straightforward, and as a result the whole team is the same way. I inquired about a car and got a call from Bryant as soon as they opened up the next day where he gave me all in lease numbers for the car. Then I came in for a test drive, and when I didn't like the trim I was interested in, they immediately showed me the one that had all the features I said I wanted. I was sure that I wouldn't be able to get this car for the price I wanted, but John made it happen in the first offer he presented me - there was no back and forth or hassle. I got the "best" offer they could do upfront and I appreciated not wasting time negotiating back and forth. Then, I worked with Garry to finalize the deal. When I told him I wasn't interested in the upsell products, he didn't push them on me and didn't get cold with me. He was a great guy to work with and respected what I wanted. The whole process took 1.5 hours between walking in the door for a test drive and walking out of the door with a finalized deal. I then came to pick up the car the next day and got it with a full tank of gas and detailed. They also introduced me to the Head of the Service Department (Brendan) who was also a nice and straightforward guy who knows the engines thoroughly. All in all, I was really happy with my experience. Straightforward, accommodating and professional. Would recommend them to anyone who asks.

Impeccable service that is second to none. John and his staff were amazing from start to finish. I have been eyeing a Genesis for a very long time now and the patience and no pressure to buy along with the large selection and willing to work with my budget is what kept me. The entire paperwork process was completed in about two hours, and I was able to drive home in my new car the same day.
