I went into this process skeptical, having heard that dealerships aren't always straightforward , but the team at Genesis of New Brunswick completely changed that. I spoke with Griffin than with Brianna and from that point I got the sense that this a dealership that values every customer. I gave them my price range, and they told me I wasn't far off — that's what kicked everything into motion. Johnny took it from there, and by the end he'd kept every word he gave me, which made the whole process feel genuinely trustworthy. Once it got to the finance side, Pietro and Alfredo made everything transparent and smooth, walking me through every detail with no surprises. The whole team worked together to get me a great deal on my GV70. I highly recommend this dealership and look forward to working with them again. This past maintenance visit was probably the best one I've had at the two Genesis dealerships I have dealt with over the past 15 years. In short, this outstanding experience was directly the result of the efforts of my maintenance advisor Kevin Anderson. Kevin was the ultimate professional. He carefully listened to my needs and concerns. He questioned me to make sure he fully understood what needed to be addressed. He made me aware of the steps that would be taken and any limitations that might exist. He kept me informed of progress and when the service was complete, he developed a strategy to address an item that could not be resolved that day because it was an intermittent issue. I left feeling really great about the overall experience. Kevin is a great asset to Genesis of Brunswick and is the model of the type of maintenance advisor I would always like to have manage my service. Job well done!

Genesis of Brunswick service department especially stands out to me thumbs up. Beside the length of time it took for different parts to come in, out of all the vehicles I have purchased over my 30 year history of car buying this service center truly impressed me the few times I’ve had to visit over my 4yrs of owning my Genesis.
