I bought a used Genesis GV80 here and love the SUV but despised the buying experience. I spent hours upon hours trying to make a purchase and eventually did. To this day, I have no idea why it took so long and they barely even budged on the purchase price so it was just an overall horrible experience. This dealership will fulfill all the stereotypes of a classic outdated and frustrating used car buying process. Well, I returned here for service thinking it must be better than the buying experience. Unfortunately, I was wrong 😑 as it was equally as horrible. Having owned a Toyota and Lexus previously, I thought it must be at least as good as a Toyota dealership, it wasn’t even close. I ended up waiting 3+ hours for an oil change and warranty software update. I was planning on taking a shuttle but then found out the shuttle only traveled within a 5 mile radius and no loaner cars were available. They had trouble doing the software recall update but eventually got it done. Bottom line, this Genesis dealership has a low rating for a reason and now I plan to travel further away from my home for a better dealership. Only decent thing here is the coffee ☕️ machine but that’s just not enough. I hope whoever owns this train wreck dealership will wake up and make some real changes to improve it. Until then I will go elsewhere.

The absolute best dealership in the DMV! The customer service with the sales team, the finance team, and the service department, they've all been exceptional! Special shout out to Sal and Wyatt for making the deal happen! You gentlemen made my birthday one for the books! Woke up feelin' like I wanted to buy a new car but wasn't sure if it was possible. But Sal kept his word to me from last November and said when you're ready to buy a new car, "You Betta Call Sal!" And that's exactly what I did and he came through on his word! I am absolutely loving my GV80 Coupe! And Jeilany is always super informative and polite back in the service department. Wyatt made sure I was covered with all the pertinent warranties and was very detail oriented when explaining them all to me and breaking down the #'s of the loan. I couldn't be any happier with the entire situation and a special thank you to Mr. Sheehy (The 5th) for allowing this deal to happen. My GV80 Coupe is truly a unicorn with the color combo of exterior and interior. Thanks again to everyone on Sheehy Team who made my birthday extra special this year! Forever grateful 🙏

All were very helpful, knowledgeable and eager to do whatever they could to make acquiring the car easy and affordable. In particular, Lawrence Davis was most helpful as the sales representative. He was prompt, friendly and I always felt comfortable with him I had an unusual situation with the car I was trading in and he took care of it with ease. Moses Kaijuka was the sales manager and was able to do whatever needed to be done to make things happen. Overall a very good experience.
