This Genesis dealership is elegant and the service is stellar. I arrived early for routine vehicle service. When I pulled up the service garage was empty and opened immediatly upon pulling up. Before I could open the door I was greeted by name by the staff on duty. He invited me to help myself to their refreshment stand which is well stocked. The coffee is delicious and the design of the environment is stellar. It's warm and inviting. It feels more like the lobby of a 5 star hotel than a dealership. Gustavo showed me around the floor and if you're coming in to look at a vehicle make sure to ask for him directly. He is highly knowledgeable regarding the Genesis catalogue and refreshingly candid. Best of all he exerts ZERO abrasive salesman pressure. That is the hallmark of a truly great luxury vehicle dealer representative. I think folks would be shocked if they ever realized how much of their own behavior is governed by the "scarcity effect." We desire most that which is scarce, aloof or elusive. Gustavo seems to intuitively understand that customers with in the means for luxury vehicles do not wish to feel the slightest hint they are being "pitched." He lets the vehicles sell themselves. He remains present and open to answer inquiries. Genesis may not yet have the gravitas and prestige of an ultra luxury Italian or British manufacturer (Lamborghini, Aston Martin etc) but they provide superior service and their flagship vehicles give the most iconic brands a run for their money. It's not surprising their vehicles consistently get perfect scores from car and driver. If you're on the fence about Genesis and are in the market for a luxury car, I highly recommend coming by and seeing for yourself why this relative newcomer to the luxury car market is producing vehicles that will almost certainly become collectors items down the road.
