Genesis of Framingham

Just bought a car from Metrowest Acura (they are partnered with Framingham Hyundai/Genesis, so that is why I am posting this here and on that dealer as well). Had a GREAT experience, my sales guy was Brian F., super laid-back and easy-going, no pressure sales-ship. Test drove a couple Genesis (GV70 and 80), definitely preferred the 80 (which we bought a 2024 used, beautiful car, traded in our X5). Anyway, also shoutout to Jason (in the finance dept) and the 'second Brian' (the manager at the Acura dealership), both very cool gentlemen who were very very easy to work with. Having been to a number of dealers in our search (as well as in the past, I've bought MANY cars (lordy I'm feeling old just thinking about it), I found the experience at this particular Genesis/Acura dealership to rank at the top. I wouldn't just 'say this' unless it was accurate. Just a great auto group, they run a tight and smooth ship, and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a new (or, as in our case, used!) car. And seriously, a huge plug for Genesis GV80, OMG, the value vs their competitors (eg, BMW, Benz, Audi.... I suppose Lexus could make the list) is far better. The GV80 has super high-quality materials, great transmission, and a lovely luxury ride. Truly!

Just had my first service encounter with Genesis of Framingham i purchased my vehicle there and that is the place that does all my service work. They have very knowledgeable sales staff and mechanical staff, their management are outstanding. Always a pleasure going to Genesis of Framingham.

Definitely the greatest service I’ve had with any car that I’ve owned. You get an all over inspection about your car of what good and what needs replacing so your car can have a long life expectancy n performance of your car. Definitely recommend a car and service from a Hyundai/ Genesis Dealership they won’t disappoint.
