Ryan Cummings was professional and allowed me to test and see several vehicles. My mother bought a Genesis GV70 and Mike Krajewski in sales made it happen! After doing a lot of car shopping, working with Mike was a breath of fresh air. He was both knowledgeable and personable, and treated my mother like he would his own mom! :) Working with Mike and the General Manager, Eugene Woods, was a true pleasure. The communication was clear and honest and we never felt pressured. My mother absolutely loves her new car and can’t stop talking about how great Mike was! After buying the car, a tech representative (another Mike) was amazing and walked my mom through the Genesis app and the car itself until she felt comfortable. She can’t believe that they will be coming to her house to put on her new plates and give her an opportunity to ask any questions that might come up during her first two weeks of owning the car.
