Genesis of Hilton Head

Would NOT recommend!!! Ken the salesman called often before we pulled the trigger on the purchase of a new 2026 GV70. However he ghosted us after the sale. I’m still waiting on a call back. If you expect luxury from this dealership please don’t go. Go anywhere but there. I have had my car serviced three times and never have there been a loaner car available. Lexus would never! Now my car has been at the dealership since March 23, 2026 for an electrical issue caused by a deer accident that the body shop could not fix so they told me to take it back to the dealership. Well the communication from the dealership is the worst!! Since I dropped my car off they have texted once the first week. It’s now going on 7 weeks and my husband had to call and get the insurance company involved. I still have no car and there is never a loaner available. My husband purchases this brand new car for me cash and I can’t even drive it. I would not recommend Genesis of Hilton Head!! It is not luxury! For clarity I hit a deer on November 1, 2025, it took until mid January 2026 to get parts and now I have an electrical problem NO ONE can fix. Not even GENESIS!! Don’t waste your money. Buy a Lexus instead.

Worked with “Will” Williams - he was great! Very knowledgeable, helpful and polite. Explained everything very well and made the “purchasing a car experience” enjoyable. Never felt pressured, just good interactions… he helped us get the car we wanted (GV70) for the price we were willing to spend. Would definitely recommend!

If you’re going to go and buy a Genesis at Hilton head go to Will!!! He’s the most professional and courteous sales associate I have ever dealt with in my entire life, working with him throughout this process has been easy and informative. A great sales associate goes a lot further than a great car, but I am happy to say working with Genesis of Hilton head I’ve managed to get both.!! Will is the guy ! Great customer service and a great experience. Thanks for all your help.

Best car buying experience I've had yet! Purchased several vehicles in my lifetime and this will be hard to top. Worked with Ken in sales who was patient, understanding and didn't push me to make any decision one way or another. Genuinely cared about what I wanted: even if it wasn't a Genesis. Brian in service was amazing and went above and beyond to make the process seamless and stress free. The entire team here is top notch!
