My 2023 Genesis died. Had it jumped and started right away. Drove it for an additional 19 days when once again, it died. Got it started once again and called to set up an appointment. It was 6/1. I was told there were no openings until 6/18! Not suitable. I called and spoke with Cheryl, a service consultant. She got me in that same morning. Turned out to be the battery, which they replaced. I absolutely could not be without a car, so thank you Cheryl!

Cheryl Romo went above and beyond to address all the repairs on my Genesis G70. All the service staff and as very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcomed. Cheryl listened to our concerns and arranged our rental while our car was being worked on. After the repairs were done to our car, she reached out a few days later just to check up on things and to make sure everything was handled as stated. Zimbrick you absolutely rock and round of applause to the service and also their sales department for the great deal we got! We definitely be back for another purchase in the future!
