I had an outstanding experience at Genesis of Ontario. Dwayne S. is a true professional, and I sincerely appreciate how he helped ease the stress and pressure that can come with purchasing a vehicle. From the moment I arrived, he was knowledgeable, patient, and focused on making the process as smooth as possible. The dealership itself is absolutely gorgeous! It is immaculate, welcoming, and everything you would expect from a luxury brand. The facility truly delivers a luxury experience and reflects the quality of the Genesis brand. Once I decided on a vehicle, the process moved quickly and efficiently. Meeting with Finance Manager TJ was seamless, and the paperwork and terms were handled professionally and without unnecessary delays. I worked with Joseph Juarez to buy a new GV70 and had a fantastic experience. There was a bit of a snafu with the car we were supposed to see, but Joseph was very transparent and kept us frequently updated as it got sorted out. We were able to pivot to another car and Joseph made the process completely pain-free. He honored the deal we discussed over the phone, was encyclopedic in his knowledge of the car (giving me a live demonstration of all the features before we left), did not pressure us about anything, and was very friendly and enjoyable to chat with while working though the paperwork. I’ve bought a handful of cars over the years, and Joseph is the best salesman I’ve worked with, would highly recommend asking for him if you go to Genesis of Ontario. The dealership itself is very modern, clean, spacious, and just feels very luxurious. I also worked with Edwin over the phone, and he was great as well. If you’re looking for a Genesis, I highly recommend Genesis of Ontario and Joseph Juarez!

I had an outstanding experience working with Simoon at Genesis of Ontario when purchasing my GV70. He was incredibly helpful, responsive, and made the entire process straightforward from the beginning. He also went out of his way to try to locate the exact configuration I originally wanted, which I really appreciated. TJ was also wonderful to work with and helped guide me through the leasing process. Everything was well organized and easy, especially since I was completing the transaction from out of state. Earlier in my search I had visited another Genesis dealership locally, but the experience at Genesis of Ontario was on a completely different level. Because of that, I ultimately chose to go out of my way to purchase my vehicle from them. If you’re considering a Genesis, I highly recommend working with Simoon and the team at Genesis of Ontario. As soon as I got there, I started looking around on my own and then I was approached by Henry. He introduced himself and I was very straight forward about me not interested in buying at the moment and that I was shopping around, especially since I had never driven or seen a Genesis from the interior. He still took the time to show me the differences between some of the cars and let me take them for a test drive. Once I got in the G70 V6, I knew it was the car I wanted. He was very patient and helpful with everything I was asking. I couldnt believe I was choosing the G70 after owning multiple V8's. Just from the luxury that it has to offer along with just the right amount of power for one to enjoy was more than I could ask for. If it wasn't for Henry that still took the time to show me different cars and answering my questions even though I had said I wasn't buying, I would of walked away. I had experienced 3 other dealerships that as soon as I mentioned i was just looking around and not buying, the sales person would just hand me a card and tell me that if I had any interest to just reach out when I was ready. Henry went above and beyond and wasn't there just to make a sale, he was there to provide amazing customer service and because of that, I found a car that I truly wanted. I didnt feel pressured and that made me want to buy from a place like that. Very easy and smooth process. Just overall amazing service. Thank you Henry​ Lee. I bought a well used BMW from this dealership. I would have liked to give them a 5 star rating. The sales person, process, pricing and the time spent on the complete transaction were all a good experience. Unfortunately the car itself has not been a satisfactory experience. And after all, ultimately it's about the car itself. I have put less than 1000 miles on the car and the front brake pads are in need of replacement. As are the front rotors. I've been informed the rear pads don't have many more miles before replacement will be needed as well. I certainly understand that a used car is that....a used car. But for me I expect that a franchise dealer will fully inspect the braking system and ensure a reasonable amount of miles before replacement parts are needed. The front windshield wipers don't work well either. Again another safety item that I would have expected to be in proper working order. It leaves me wondering what else of a more severe nature may be lurking. If this dealership can't or won't ensure a reasonable amount of time or miles before safety items must be replaced, perhaps shopping elsewhere is a better choice. Follow-up......As you'll see there was a response from a general manager to please reach out to try to resolve the issues. So I did and it turned out Willy is away for a while. They tried, unsuccessfully, to connect me with Anthony (Tony), another general manager they told me. I left a message and was told he'd reach back out to me. Well that never happened . Neither he nor anyone else from the dealership had the courtesy to return my call. So a substandard experience all around. Definitely taking my business elsewhere.
