Genesis of Palm Springs

Zach at Genesis of Palm Springs was incredible! My car was already washed and waiting in the showroom when I arrived for my appointment. He was super helpful, honest, and never pushed finance or unnecessary add-ons. Unlike Santa Monica (where I waited 20 minutes despite having an appointment and they assumed I didn’t know cars), Palm Springs made me feel respected and valued. Bought my first car here! Highly recommend. Everyone who helped me there was incredibly friendly and professional.

This review is a few weeks late but recently I found a car online and had a very good experience with the sales team, finance department and everyone at the dealership. They were all so professional and made the process easy. I've bought many cars but this was one of the best experiences I've ever had! I live in Orange County but would drive to Palm Springs if Im ever looking for another Genesis.

Although this is a review for the Genesis dealership of Palm Springs it really is more a review for their amazing customer service agent, "Jena". My husband and I have owned our Genesis automobiles for more than 3 years now and service has always been excellent. Recently thanks to the extraordinary attention given to me by Jena I felt more compelled than ever to write this review. I love my GV70 but unfortunately the 2 front indoor panels started peeling, over the last year it has worsened and it looked awful. Additionally when I first noticed it the replacement panels were not covered under warranty. A few weeks ago I had to bring my car in for some routine maintenance and Jena mentioned that policy had changed and I could get the panels replaced under warranty. Great news! We set up an appt. to have the work done but regrettably we had a family emergency that prevented me from making the appt. as planned. Thanks to Jena's tenacity and determination she worked closely with me to ensure we made this appt. happen at a moments notice if necessary. I am so grateful to her for all her hard work but even more so for her generosity, kindness of spirit and understanding as we navigated through personal challenges ensuring the job was completed. It's a small thing compared to the bigger challenges in life but those smaller things add up and contribute to helping us overcome all of life's obstacles. Thank you Jena! I am so grateful for you!
