REGARDING GENESIS SERVICE CENTER A lot has changed in the service center in the past few months. All of the service advisors have been replaced. I had a very poor and negative experience with the previous incompetent service advisors. One of the new service advisors named Jesse is amazing. He comes from a background of being a master mechanic so he really knows the ins & outs of these cars. Since the new change, I actually feel like an appreciated costumer. Jesse actually went above and beyond to make sure that my GV70 was properly repaired, and that it was getting the best quality of care work done. He made sure he inspected everything before returning my vehicle. I’m glad that I can bring my GV70 back here for service since the new regime change at this service center. The front desk is so kind, Angela always puts a smile on my face. So those bad reviews for the service center that you are reading are correct, BUT they are for the previous service advisors/ staff. The new service advisors are amazing, and it’s a huge positive change. Now as far as the sales go, I have no clue since I bought my car in Sac.

Had a wonderful experience working with Ahdy and Fady! They didn’t push anything but helped me find a car that I really liked. This was also the quickest purchase process I’ve ever had. I came in one day for a test drive and had to wait a day in insurance. They got preliminary info by phone and text and had paperwork ready to sign when I arrived. I was driving the car out less than an hour after arriving. I’m excited to enjoy my new Cara. Thanks Ahdy and Fady!

We had a wonderful experience from the start of our car search until we decided to purchase the GV70. Lamont, Jeff,and Ahdy are easy to work with. There was no pressure applied when we were looking. Ahdy was especially helpful with he’s extensive knowledge of the car

Do Not TRUST GENESIS / Hyundai WARRANTIES ! We paid $95K for a new Genesis. The ENGINE FAILED at 1195 miles Genesis stated it was a Manufacturing DEFECT They promised us a prompt reimbursement. SIX-MONTHS LATER : At a LOSS >$10K we were partially reimbursed Genesis(owned by Hyundai and related to Kia) is THE MOST UNETHICAL COMPANY I have experienced in my 68-yr lifetime.
