This is an awesome place to purchase and do maintenance on a genesis! Every employee was attentive and informative! Audri was super helpful and if you need to buy a genesis- they got you!

White grease was left on the tire after tire change. My wife asked to have it wiped off. Service manager half wiped it off. She went back home to clean it herself. 2025 GV80 Prestige.

Genesis of South Knoxville sure made it easy to purchase my 2025 G80 but the service department has to be one of the worst service departments I have ever dealt with. There scheduling is horrendous, they do not keep appointments, don't show up on time, do not call you, it's just not the quality of service you would expect from a dealership that sell the Genesis line of vehicles with a full-service package along with concierge service. If I had an option to give them a "0" star review I would. I guess I will be dealing with Grayson for service in the future

tl;dr This dealership is horrible for service. Don’t go. Poor communication. Poor Management. And the service manager will blatantly lie to you after they damage your vehicle and say that you brought it in already damaged. They dented my roof, chipped my windshield, broke the clips that hold the plastic trim behind the rearview mirror onto the windshield, and after claiming to have photos of being that way when I took it in somehow couldnt prove it. To reply to their reply, there is no way it was noted since it was not there. Ask your new service manager about the photos I showed him that I had taken the week before with the roof having no damage. Aside from that, let me guess, the window was noted as cracked, in the same spot they would be prying on? As well as the rear view mirror trim being broken? You guys are jokes. See zoomed in photo from within a few weeks, no chipped window and that roof looks pretty smooth to me.

I would avoid this dealership service department if you value quality work done on your vehicle. I brought my G70 in for a horn replacement, which should be a pretty easy repair. The service advisor was easy to work with and got me scheduled pretty quickly. They changed out the horn in about one hour, and I was sent on my way. I heard a large scraping noise coming from the bottom of the car while driving down Alcoa Highway. I pulled over about a mile later only to realize that the under tray was completely dragging on the ground and it had broken most of the clips and the actual tray was pretty damaged. I brought it back to the dealership immediately, and they pretty much blamed me for the issue, and once they re-clipped it back together (not even correctly) they tried to send me on my way with a damaged car. The service manager was very hostile and only eventually agreed to replace the tray. My argument was that I brought them a good car in good condition and they give me back something that they damaged and refused to fix it. After ordering a $500 part that they paid for, they did eventually get the part and replaced it for free. Even the new tray they installed they didn’t put the clips back on for and I had to ask the technician to do it before I leave otherwise, it was going to break again. So, they did make it right, but I shouldn’t have to beg the service manager to give me a good car when I bring in a luxury sedan for maintenance. I can see why Genesis service is lacking, one of the big downsides of owning this brand.
