Genesis of South Nashville

I have a great experience every time I take my GV80 in for servicing. The team members of this South Nashville location are excellent. I have an authorized Genesis dealership within 8 miles of my home; however, I choose to drive over 100 miles because of the trust I have for these guys and the outstanding level of service they provide.

Ever since Genesis of South Nashville bought Hickory Hollow the service is INCREDIBLE! A lot of great inventory on site. Thank you to Drew for your help securing my dream car 😊

Don't trust this dealer, they will scam you if you don't watch and read everything before you sign. Shame on me for thinking they were trustworthy. We wanted a tow hitch on our new GV 70 and was told they would order it and have it installed later. Now no hitch and it wasn't included in the deal. Now after reading the papers we paid $1500. for a paint and interior sealer that was explained as part of Genesis warranty. We signed that paper unknowingly the day we picked up the car. There is no way it was applied to the car.

I had an appointment set with them for over a month for today 12/4/25 for my 2021 genesis g80 just to get there after driving 2hrs to get to my service pushed back I was told “we only have two technicians” like did we not know that information before setting the appointment or as the appointment day started approach?! oh and wait that’s not even it. Also had a reservation for a loaner and was told day of that there’s no cars available and that I would get a call when one becomes available. Like why make appointments if nothing is reserved? Place is a joke please don’t waste your time even dealing with these people you will get the run around. The atmosphere is very dry customer service is awful. Hell the radio doesn’t even play you just sit in complete silence the whole time. Never dealt with any dealer like this Genesis should honestly peel their logo off this building. Horrible representation of the brand. Nothing good to say about this place. Drove right to cool springs Genesis and they took my car right in with no problem and left with loaner in less than 30 minutes.. COOL SPRINGS IS THE BEST DONT WALK RUN!

Don't believe the star rating! I'm surprised that Genesis of Hickory Hollow has less stars than the Cool Springs location. The team at Hickory Hollow were straightforward, honest and provided pricing over $100 per month less than Cool Springs for the same GV80 Coupe! Not certain why Cool Springs has such high ratings comparatively since the experience there was less than stellar. Conversely, nothing but the best customer service, ease of purchase, and above and beyond dedication ensuring I received the best experience at Hickory Hollow. Props to Aaron the Sales Manager, perfect air traffic control ensuring a smooth transition. Highly recommend this dealership.
