I purchased my 2026 GV80 AWD Prestige model on May 3, 2026. I was originally looking at the MB S580 after owning a MB S560. Upon reviewing both vehicles and the warranty’s, I elected to go with the Genesis. The sales staff does not know their product. In conferring with staff personnel, all were not knowledgeable of the vehicle. After taking delivery, I called the dealership asking for a callback from the manager. No return call. I then drove to the dealership and a mechanic was able to explain some of the basics. Now let’s address the delivery: After a basic explanation of the vehicle I noticed the floor pads were not installed. The plastic covering many of the interior items was not removed. The air freshener was not working and the salesman had no idea how to get it working. I sat in the car lot for about 30 minutes attempting to setup items. The salesman came out and said “what are you still doing her? What are you renting this spot?” Since buying this vehicle I have been approached by several close friends giving compliments on the look, features, and ride. I told them to avoid Genesis of North Shore until they get their act together. For what is attempting to become a high end vehicle dealer, North Shore needs hi-end sales and management personnel.

Tyler Krill and Angela Morrison were absolutely amazing to deal with. Tyler was extremely personable and made me feel very comfortable when searching for my car. He was not pushy and did everything in his power to ensure a great experience through test drive and working numbers. Angela as the business manager was great when finalizing numbers and was amazing at listening to my needs and treating like me like family rather than just another customer. I highly recommend both of these individuals at this dealership for your car needs and I look forward to working with them in the future.

We had a wonderful experience at Genesis of North Shore. We purchased a GV80. Our salesperson, Tyler, was terrific. You know when you find someone who loves their job-that’s Tyler. He was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, listened to our questions and knew all the answers. He’s so good that he was sent to Korea to learn about the cars. He’s the person to see.
