# Summary The dealership receives mixed reviews regarding service quality and customer treatment. While some customers praise the technical expertise and professionalism of service technicians, others report concerns about dishonesty, uncomfortable sales practices, and failure to honor quoted prices.
Terrible service experience; honesty and integrity questionable. I dropped off my Genesis G70 (~7000 miles) on a Tuesday and was promised it back on Friday. On Friday, they indicated that my G70 would not start and, as a result, they could not return my vehicle; however, mysteriously, on that same Friday, I was able to start my G70 via the app on my phone from 100+ miles away. Dealer subsequently indicated they couldn't find anything wrong with the vehicle--it just wouldn't start. I am highly skeptical that my car would not start. Once the dealer did drop off my car on the following Tuesday, it was absolutely filthy--covered in salt, dirt, etc. Genesis should demand better from its dealers.
I had a huge “check engine light” problem and the technicians at C&S went all out to solve the problem. The main tech took time to talk to me and asked great questions like a doctor. Looking at the paperwork, they spent several days and a lot of hours diagnosing the issue. 😀. They also took a lot of time to test drive the car and left me with a full tank of gas. If this was not, under warranty,it would have cost thousands and thousands. Five star professionalism from these techs.
GV80 first visit OUTSTANDING!!! Tony and Luke in Service Great !! Rick Jones and Cody in Sales did an outstanding teaching of set up and use of all the features. Thanks to all of the staff for a wonderful experience!!!!
My son & I stopped at this place to look at cars, specifically for 2025 G80. We barely got out of my car & there was a salesperson on our tail the whole time. He did not introduce himself or ask if we were looking for anything in particular. He just followed us around very uncomfortably saying nothing. When I asked him for the specific car, he said... "I don't know, I would have to look." Did he go look? No, he just kept following us. It felt like he was only a couple feet away from us the whole time. It was creepy. I have never felt so uncomfortable looking at cars before. All I know is I more than likely will NOT be looking for my new car here.
I made a deal with one of the sales person on line. We agreed on a price and he took my Visa card to charge $1000 to reserve the car. After a couple of hours, the sales person called me and changed his mind on the deal. He said he could guarantee part of the discount but not all. His excuse was that the car is not on the lot and when it comes, Genesis will have different incentives. Why would he advertise and quote price and take deposit if he can not guarantee the price? I tried to correspond with the manager but he was short with me and stood with the salesman. For a luxury car dealership it is a shame that they don’t stand by their words. Update: they come back with an offer to split the difference 60/40 to their advantage and I accepted.
