Before purchasing my 2022 BMW X3 from this dealership, I read a lot of reviews and saw mixed feedback, so I was definitely a little apprehensive going in. It did take some time for a salesperson to initially get back to me, which wasn’t the best first impression. However, once communication got going, the overall buying process was fairly smooth and straightforward. I’m very happy with my vehicle purchase overall—the BMW X3 is a great car, and the dealership did honor their promise to replace the two front tires, which I appreciated. That said, I was disappointed that they were unable to locate the second key fob as originally discussed. What added to my frustration was the lack of follow-up communication from my salesperson (Gleen) regarding both the tires and the second key. After the sale, my text messages went unanswered, which made the customer experience feel inconsistent. So overall, I have mixed feelings about my experience. I’m happy with the vehicle and it’s condition itself. I appreciate that some promises were kept, but communication and post-sale follow-up could definitely be improved. Great vehicle, decent buying process, but customer service after the sale needs work.

I recently purchased a 2023 Genesis G70 for my daughter at Genesis of West Palm Beach, and I want to highlight the exceptional service we received from Nelson Rodriguez. I originally visited the dealership to look at a 2021 BMW 3 Series, but it wasn’t the right fit. Nelson took the time to understand what we were looking for and introduced us to the G70 that we ultimately purchased. He made the entire process easy, transparent, and pressure‑free. Every question was answered clearly, and he provided all the information we needed to feel confident in our decision. The vehicle had an issue with the right headlight, and Nelson coordinated everything quickly and professionally. A big thank‑you as well to Alex, the service manager, who was already waiting for me when I arrived. He replaced the headlight promptly and even cleaned off debris that had hit the car on the drive over. Overall, this was one of the smoothest dealership experiences I’ve had. Nelson and Alex both went above and beyond, and I highly recommend them and Genesis of West Palm Beach.

The service at this dealership is awful. Andrea is an amazing service advisor. My first visit was awful, my Genesis was filthy and a tech left the coke bottle in my vehicle. I was upset at that fact I was getting it back dirty and no one tried to clean it beforehand. I have a monthly car wash membership, therefore my vehicle is always clean. They kept my truck to get it cleaned and put me back in a rental. I was in a rental unnecessarily because it was cleaned by that night and I should have been able to pick up the next day. No one would respond or return my calls. I could see my vehicle and every time they went in it through my app and the alerts. My vehicle stayed in the same spot the entire weekend. This type of service is just terrible. The service manager put gas in it which did not benefit me because my tank was almost full. I was offered a free oil change on my next visit and you can’t even get an appointment for 5 weeks. I have never experienced in my entire life waiting for an oil change for 5 weeks. I asked for the service manager to give me a call and did not receive a call back yesterday. As bad as the attitudes were at Napelton’s before Genesis pulled out I could get an oil change in a few days. I am a very friendly and nice person but this has left a bad taste in my mouth. You guys need to care about your customers better and their vehicles.

I am so happy with my experience getting my new GV80 coupe!! I was made to feel like a VIP from start to finish! From the correspondence before my visit to the dealership, to the sales department with Jack and Glenn, to the finance department with Elvin, and the follow-up calls after to check-in. It all made for the absolute best vehicle buying experience I've ever had! Coming from a long time relationship with a different car brand, I have to say every step has made a huge impression on me and won't be lost when the time comes for my next vehicle! Thank you all for making the switch to Genesis nothing short of amazing!
