I’m happy with the car I purchased, and the in-person experience was standard. Serhii was friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. We negotiated fairly and landed on a price I was comfortable with. Unfortunately, everything after the purchase was disorganized and frustrating. I made it very clear I wanted to finance through SchoolsFirst. I was told the dealership would handle the process and that I didn’t need to do anything on my end. After a week of no progress, and being close to losing my financing option, I had to step in and handle it myself. Even after I checked all bases before leaving that this part of the process is done between the dealership and the bank. I had to do the finance guys’ job after he told me he would handle it. Even after SchoolsFirst sent the check and it was delivered, there was still no communication internally. Then I received an accusatory email from the finance department claiming I hadn’t followed through, despite the dealership already having the check in their possession. Only after I provided proof did they acknowledge it. The lack of communication and accountability made what should have been a smooth process unnecessarily stressful and irritating. If the post-sale experience had matched the in-person service, this would have been a great review.

Ali was great at giving a competitive deal for a load g80 with red interior, he was patient and helped me through the process. The funny thing is we did everything through the phone and never met in person. Louheed was clear and gave time for my family and I think about the deal for a minute before committing. His effort made the deal smooth and easy. Serhii was amazing at giving the best customer service out there even setting up the car to get detailed and putting a bow on the car for my brother to be happy about his car purchase. Will come again in the future to do business. What a great introduction to the brand.
