Bought a used vehicle from Genesis recently and had a great experience. The staff, Raphael and GM Paul, were super friendly, helpful, and easy to deal with throughout the whole process. I did end up having an issue with the vehicle after purchasing it, but they really stepped up and took care of it by covering the cost to fix it. Really appreciated how they handled everything and stood behind the vehicle. Would definitely recommend!

Very disappointing experience with Genesis through Go Auto. I have uploaded the pictures of This car on your site and stock number and VIN also the experience only got worse. After serious issues with my first car, I switched expecting something reliable — but that did not happen. The vehicle came with a clear AMVIC inspection, but in reality, problems showed up immediately. The engine light came on the same day I got the car. When I contacted genesis Go Auto, they refused to take responsibility and told me the vehicle was sold by Jaguar Land Rover and that I should deal with them instead. This makes no sense because I found and purchased the car through Go Auto Overall, poor service, no accountability, and a very frustrating experience. An AMVIC “clear” inspection did not reflect the actual condition of the vehicle. Do not trust them. Do not buy from here.Scrap they have with clear inspections

Abhishek Juneja was a well informed sales person, committed to service delivery - both my wife and I had a comfortable information driven interaction with all of the employees including the manager. The explanation of the car features was detailed and provided us a really good introduction to the vehicle.
