I had the pleasant opportunity to have Business Finance Manager Elena and GM Robert help me with exiting my BMW lease and trying out a Genesis GV70. In comparison to my past experiences leasing vehicles from MCL, BMW, Mercedes and Lexus, I would say that the Genesis team has exceeded all my expectations. In regards to the build quality, it appears Genesis has focussed on their technology and posh interior to make the ride as comfortable as possible which is exactly what my family needs. The other vehicles in this price range does not even come close with their offering of plastic and artificial leather compared to the nappa leather that Genesis offers. The cherry on top was the included maintenance and warranty which made the transition a no brainer to me. I appreciate the patience of the Genesis staff that was dealing with my wife and newborn for 6 hours helping her choose just the right color of our new vehicle. Thank you for your attentiveness and making vehicle selecting stress free.

Picked up a new Genesis from Genesis Vancouver last week and it was a pleasant experience. Big thanks to Diana, the Genesis Experience Manager, who was knowledgeable, patient with all my questions, and never pushy. She took the time to walk me through the features of the car and made sure I had all the information I needed before making a decision. Paperwork was handled efficiently and there were no surprises along the way. Really happy with the car so far.
